Rosemarie will provide a visible presence at the monthly meetings so that any prospective members are made welcome, introducing them to the leaders of any groups they may wish to join and helping them through the simple membership application process. 

Rosemarie will make contact with new members to ensure they feel welcome and know they can contact her if they have any questions.
